Our Story
Date & Detect™ was born from a simple, yet powerful idea: to revolutionise how discerning singles genuinely connect. The spark ignited for me amidst the tranquil beauty of Crossbrook Farm, where a vision for a completely new kind of social experience took hold. This wasn't just a fleeting thought; it quickly blossomed into a vivid, immersive world of mystery, intrigue, and authentic connection.
The journey from initial concept to vibrant reality has been driven by an unwavering passion for detail and a commitment to creating something truly exceptional. Every element, from the overarching narrative to the most intricate puzzle, has been meticulously crafted to bring this immersive experience to life.

Bringing such an ambitious dream to fruition demanded more than just a vision; it required exceptional collaboration and a relentless pursuit of quality. I've been incredibly fortunate to team up with Vicki, the amazing owner of Crossbrook Farm, whose dedication ensures the perfect setting. Her husband and co-owner, Stuart, expertly manages the bar, guaranteeing a seamless and sophisticated evening for every guest. We've also partnered with a brilliant culinary advisor who has meticulously guided us to select a high-quality local platter provider, ensuring an exquisite dining experience.

Crucially, the heart of our immersive world comes alive thanks to especially hired, talented actors who craft compelling characters and guide guests right through the thick of the mystery. Plus, a dedicated team of guest support members are on hand throughout the night, ensuring everything runs smoothly and every guest has a brilliant time.
